Thai Binh: A brief summary of this northern provincial town south of Hanoi

Thai Binh and nearby Nam Dinh are two provincinces and towns near the Red River valley, the birthplace of Vietnamese culture nearly 2,500 years ago. 

I took the two hour car ride from Hanoi and stayed over night to conduct a factory too.
